About Xsilent Dev

Xsilent Dev is an independent Android project focused on privacy-first, local-first and useful mobile apps.

The main project is Xsilent, a private vault for photos, videos and PDFs designed around local storage, no mandatory account, no ads and no recurring subscription.

I am not a traditional software developer. I started building apps with the help of AI tools, learning Android development, product design, privacy and testing along the way.

This publication documents what I learn while building Xsilent and other Android projects.
